The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the "Transportation/Logistics Intermediation Service" ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER through the www.yukmerkezi.com website, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the performance of the service has not begun. However, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the transport vehicle has set off or loading has been carried out, within the scope of "services performed instantly in electronic environment" and "services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent".
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the SELLER's place of residence are authorized.
