These terms of use set the rules and conditions for using our transport platform. By using the platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
Our platform is a digital service that brings load owners together with carriers. We only provide intermediary services; the parties to any transport contract are the load owner and the carrier.
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and governed accordingly.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out through it. Do not share your password and keep it secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
The platform uses algorithms to match load owners with carriers. However, we do not guarantee that any match will succeed. The final decision and contract belong to the parties.
The platform may charge a commission for the services it provides. Commission rates and payment conditions are shown on the platform and may change over time.
Refund conditions may vary based on the service type and situation. Contact customer service for refund requests.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and these terms of use while using the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
The platform only provides intermediary services. We are not a party to any transport contract between load owner and carrier. The platform cannot be held responsible for damages, losses or delays during transport.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance or other reasons.
Users are responsible for the content they publish on the platform. The platform does not take responsibility for user-generated content.
YükMerkezi is the final authority in actions taken to protect platform integrity, and users accept these decisions in advance.
Users are solely responsible for their actions, content and any disputes with third parties; YükMerkezi cannot be held liable for such damages.
Actions taken by YükMerkezi during complaint and audit processes (content removal, account restriction, membership termination, etc.) are final and users agree to comply.
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:
If your account is suspended or terminated, your data on the platform may be deleted and cannot be recovered.
The platform and its content (logo, design, software, texts, etc.) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing or using platform content without permission is prohibited.
By publishing content on the platform, you grant us the necessary licenses to deliver platform services. This license is required to operate the platform.
We may update these terms of use from time to time. We will notify you via email or through the platform when important changes occur. Continued use after the updates take effect means you accept the new terms.
Disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be handled according to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
As a consumer, your rights are protected under the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and related regulations.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
