CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. CANCELLATION PROCESS

Our customers can cancel their requested transport service free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned transport time. Cancellation requests must be notified to yukmerkeziteam@gmail.com or the phone number +90 551 067 30 22.

2. LATE CANCELLATION AND DEDUCTIONS

In case of cancellations made after the transport vehicle has set off or reached the address, 20% of the service fee (or a specified amount) is deducted as service fee, and the remaining amount is refunded. No refund is made for cancellations made after the loading process has started.

3. REFUND PROCEDURE

Refunds for approved cancellations are reflected as "REFUND" to the credit card on which the payment was made within 3 to 7 business days. This period may vary depending on your bank's processes.
